Charging guide

Plug in like you plug in your phone.

Charge at home overnight, top up on fast chargers for long trips. Here’s everything you need to know — and the parts we handle for you.

Three ways to charge

Slow is normal. Fast is for trips.

Level 1 · portable cable

~2.2 kW. Adds about 12–15 km per hour. Good for emergencies and overnight top-ups.

Recommended · wall charger

Battery health

The battery is the car. We test it like it is.

Before any car leaves us, we run a diagnostic scan and give you a written state-of-health (SoH) report. It’s your baseline — and your proof — for the battery warranty.

Good habits

Five rules for a long battery life.

01

Daily: charge to 80%.

Use 100% only before long trips (LFP batteries are happy at 100%).

02

Park in shade.

Dhaka heat is the battery’s biggest enemy. Covered parking helps.

03

Fast-charge when needed.

It’s fine on trips — just don’t make it your only way to charge.

04

Install a proper charger.

Correct wiring, earth and breaker. Never an overloaded extension.

05

Keep the software updated.

Updates often improve charging and range. We help with these.
