Can I charge at home in a Dhaka apartment?
Usually yes, if you have an assigned parking spot and your building agrees to a dedicated line from your meter. We do a free survey from photos, then install a wall charger with its own breaker and earthing.
How far can I really drive on a charge?
Expect roughly 80–85% of the WLTP figure, or about 70% of a CLTC figure, with the air-con running. Every car page shows both numbers.
What happens if the battery has a problem?
The battery is covered by the manufacturer’s battery warranty [terms per brand — client to confirm]. Your handover SoH report is the baseline for any claim, and we handle the claim with the maker for you.
Are the cars new or used?
New. We import new electric cars from China and register them in your name in Bangladesh.
Will the infotainment work in English and with Bangladeshi SIMs?
We source export or international versions where available, with English menus and right-hand drive. We confirm the exact software version and connectivity for each car in your quote.
How is servicing done?
EVs need much less: tyres, brakes, cabin filter, coolant and software checks. Book through WhatsApp; our EV-trained technicians handle it [service centre details — client to confirm].
